These terms govern the use of PropertyAI exclusively towards businesses within the meaning of §14 UGB. Contracts with consumers are excluded.
1. Scope (B2B)
PropertyAI is aimed exclusively at businesses (§14 UGB). By registering, the user confirms that they act in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Scope of services
The subject matter is the provision of AI-assisted image, video and text services on a credit basis. Results are generated automatically; no specific artistic outcome is owed.
3. Credits & billing
Usage is based on a credit system (subscription and top-up). Credits are debited bindingly before each job. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
4. Liability
